Is Naya really free to use?
Yes. The Free tier includes full baby tracking, unlimited children, mom wellness tracking, milestones, basic analytics, and doctor report exports — with no time limits, no trials, and no credit card required. Free forever.
Will I be auto-charged after a trial?
No. Naya doesn’t do sneaky trials that auto-convert. The Free tier is free forever. If you want to upgrade to Family, you explicitly choose to — and you can cancel anytime.
What’s the difference between monthly and yearly?
The Family plan is $8/month or $79/year ($6.58/month billed annually — saving $17). Both include the exact same features. Yearly billing is simply a better deal if you plan to use Naya long-term.
Can I switch between Free and Family?
Anytime. Upgrade instantly to unlock AI features, or downgrade back to Free whenever you want. Your tracking data is always preserved — you never lose anything.
How does Naya compare to Huckleberry?
Naya’s Free tier includes more than Huckleberry’s free plan: unlimited children, mom wellness tracking, and milestones. Family adds AI predictions, mom↔baby correlations, and experiment tracking that Huckleberry doesn’t offer at any price. Plus, Naya never auto-charges from a trial.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. If you downgrade to Free, you keep all your tracking data and basic features. If you cancel entirely, you can export everything first. We never delete your data without your explicit request.
