Naya is committed to protecting children's privacy in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Information About Children
Naya is a baby tracking app designed for parents and caregivers. We understand that:
- Users track information about children under 13
- Parents have full control over their child's data
- We do not directly collect information from children
- All data is entered by parents or authorized caregivers
What Information We Collect
Parents may choose to track information about their child including:
- Sleep, feeding, and diaper logs
- Growth milestones
- Photos (optional)
- General mood and behavior patterns
Important: We do not require a child's full name, birthdate, or other personally identifiable information. Parents can use nicknames or first names only.
Parental Controls
Parents have the right to:
- Review all information stored about their child
- Delete their child's data at any time
- Revoke consent for data collection
- Export all data for their records
- Control who has access to their child's information
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect children's information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share children's information with third parties. Any AI processing is done securely and privately within our systems.
Changes to This Policy
We will notify parents of any material changes to this COPPA Compliance policy via email.
